About our group

Group postcode: B20 2SY

Group district: West Midlands

Parklands Residents’ Association (PRA) are part of the Neighbourhood Watch scheme. This is a partnership with West Midlands Police to address and maintain the security of persons and property.

The Neighbourhood Watch Coordinators are the points of contact for the PRA and Police. West Midlands Police may from time to time distribute leaflets, flyers or incident forms. The Coordinators have been briefed so that if you are unsure about the matter, are unaware of the number to call for Thornhill Road Police station, or have not met or seen the local PCSO for clarification you have a local contact who can assist.

It is important to note that every resident (owner or renter) is responsible for reporting suspicious, dangerous otherwise antisocial behaviour. Working together as a community we can make sure that everyone is and stays safe.

To report and incident call Thornhill Road Police station on 0845 113 5000 ext. 7862 6505. Make a note of all of the details and be sure to get a log number from the operator. In case of an emergency always call 999.

Prior to a PRA meeting, please pass the log numbers onto the neighbourhood watch coordinators so that they can be aware of the incident.
