Criminal and or suspicious activities in our area

Kent Police have informed Detling Neighbourhood Watch of the following criminal and or suspicious activities that have occured in our area.
1) Letters from bogus lottery organisations offering prizes in exchange for identity details.
2) An unauthorised van illegally collecting charity bags.
3) Car keys stolen from houses and used to steal householders cars.
4) Occupants of a VW van calling at houses and illegally touting for repair or gutter cleaning jobs.

Please be extra vigilant and report any and all suspicious activity.
